AuADHD: Autistic with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. I got paperwork and errything.
Augs: FlyAugustus, aka the other human in the house. Contractually obligated to be called spouse.
Outboard Brain: The use of a person or service to provide structure or assistance in remembering things that need to be done. Examples of this are a digital calendar, a cleaning podcast, or home automation.
Smallway: This is a small hallway. It has our very large blueprint of the USS Defiant. And a wood stove.
T1D: Type 1 Diabetes. This is the autoimmune one that cannot go into remission. It used to be thought of as a juvenile onset only condition, but it can happen at any point in time, with or without a family history. (I was diagnosed in January of 2016.)
Yell, The/A: The/A Yell is a request to a friend or loved one to tell me to do a thing I need to do. For example:
Ryn: Bestie, I am stuck in The Sit and I need A Yell to get my laundry hung up to dry.
Bestie: Ryn! Go get the laundry hung to dry! If you don’t, it will moulder in the washing machine and you will have more to do, not less!
